START OF SESSION ON STATISTICAL DATA
To change throughout - rss-cb -> cb
dc:creator
Switch to dc:publisher
dc:date
Need second date as per other feed types.
dc:title
Clarify in user note that this is for humans, not for parsers. The values will all be reflected in atomic elements.
First two characters of the title will be the 2-char ISO country code of the publisher's country.
e.g. US USD->CAD 1.1249 2006-08-14 NY Fed noon buying
dc:publisher
Determined by source, e.g. FRBNY
NEW
New atomic element for 2-char ISO code for country (as per start of title)
add <link> to list (it's only in the example)
In the example, make the <link> value the same as the "about" attribute. Make it unique. Add a note on how to do this (e.g. anchor tags).
Take dc:format out of the example
User guide note: if all currencies are stored on the same page, use anchors (fake if necessary) to ensure that all LINKs are unique. e.g. cb.xx/fx.html#CAD
Aggregator note: If the <LINK> tag is already in our DB, REPLACE the existing data instead of inserting it. This is how we tell between currency rates (one active only at a time) and persistent records.
INTEREST RATES
See changes above to common fields - title etc
title
Change example to October 13
NEW
Add cb:seriesIdentifier - this is the code of the statistical time series, as used by publishing institution. e.g. StatsCan identifier
