Institutional decision. Other links - in cb: space - to PDF/HTML/video etc. Link types are values in an attribute. A description attribute is also required in these links. The main link is stored in <item><link>
This structure applies to speeches etc.

Delete it. Use cb:author as per names of speakers - first name, last name, display name etc.
Multiple authors allowed. Add a field for the entire collection of authors in as displayed format. e.g. John Smith and Bob Annan.
As written of the collection of the authors is cb:compoundAuthor

... but need to add publication date in text format (e.g. "Q1 2007") - cb:publicationDate with optional date format attribute if appropriate
